Preamble

เลม่ ๑๓๖ ตอนที่ ๑๓๒ ก หนา้ ๕ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดหลักเกณฑ์และเงื่อนไขเกี่ยวกับกำรไม่เผยแพร่ข้อมูลในระบบกลำง พ.ศ. 2562 อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๔ และมาตรา ๓๖ วรรคสี่ แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติหลักเกณฑ์ กำรจัดทำร่ำงกฎหมำยและกำรประเมินผลสัมฤทธิ์ของกฎหมำย พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ นำยกรัฐมนตรี ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้

  1. Section ๑หน่วยงำนของรัฐไม่ต้องเผยแพร่กฎเกณฑ์ตามมาตรา ๓๖ หำกกฎเกณฑ์ดังกล่ำว มีกฎหมำยห้ำมเปิดเผยหรือคุ้มครองให้ไม่ต้องเปิดเผย
  2. Section ๒บุคคลใดเห็นว่ำกฎเกณฑ์ที่เผยแพร่ไว้ในระบบกลำงอำจก่อให้เกิดอันตรำยต่อชีวิต…
