3 sectionsในหมวดนี้ “ทรัพย์สินนอกราชอาณาจักร” หมายความว่า สิทธิการครอบครองหรือการใช้ประโยชน์ ในอสังหาริมทรัพย์ซึ่งตั้งอยู่นอกราชอาณาจักร ซึ่งได้มาโดยวิธีการทางการทูตหรือเป็นไปตามความตกลง ที่รัฐบาลไทยทำไว้กับรัฐบาลต่างประเทศที่อสังหาริมทรัพย์ตั้งอยู่
ให้กรมธนารักษ์มีหน้าที่จัดทำทะเบียนทรัพย์สินนอกราชอาณาจักรตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด เลม่ ๑๓๖ ตอนที่ ๒๘ ก หนา้ ๑๒
การปกครอง ดูแล บำรุงรักษา ใช้ จัดทำรายงาน และโอนทรัพย์สิน นอกราชอาณาจักร ให้ดำเนินการตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในหมวด ๖ โดยอนุโลม
