ให้สถาบันทำรายงานประจำปีเสนอรัฐมนตรีทุกสิ้นปีงบประมาณ รายงานนี้ ให้กล่าวถึงผลงานของสถาบันในปีที่ล่วงมาแล้ว บัญชีทำการ พร้อมทั้งรายงานของผู้สอบบัญชี รวมทั้ง คำชี้แจงเกี่ยวกับนโยบายของคณะกรรมการบริหารสถาบัน โครงการ และแผนงานที่จะจัดทำในภายหน้า
