เพื่อประโยชน์ในการพัฒนาการอาชีวศึกษาและการฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพเฉพาะด้าน หากสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาแห่งใดมีความเชี่ยวชาญหรือมีประสบการณ์เฉพาะด้านในสาขาวิชาชีพ ให้คณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษานั้นเพื่อให้สามารถ จัดการอาชีวศึกษาและการฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง และได้รับการพัฒนาให้ทันต่อการ เปลี่ยนแปลงของเทคโนโลยี
