คณาจารย์ประจำซึ่งสอนชั้นปริญญาในสถาบันมีตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) ศาสตราจารย์
(๒) รองศาสตราจารย์
(๓) ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์
(๔) อาจารย์ คุณสมบัติ หลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการแต่งตั้งและถอดถอนคณาจารย์ประจำตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยระเบียบข้าราชการครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ศาสตราจารย์นั้น จะได้ทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ แต่งตั้งโดยคำแนะนำของสภาสถาบัน
