สภาสถาบันอาจกำหนดให้มีตรา สัญลักษณ์ เครื่องหมายของสถาบัน เครื่องแบบ เครื่องหมาย หรือเครื่องแต่งกายของนักศึกษาได้ โดยทำเป็นข้อบังคับของสถาบันและประกาศใน การใช้ตรา สัญลักษณ์ เครื่องหมายของสถาบันเพื่อการค้าหรือการใช้สิ่งดังกล่าวที่มิใช่เพื่อ ประโยชน์ของสถาบันตามวรรคหนึ่ง ต้องได้รับอนุญาตเป็นหนังสือจากสถาบัน
