ในระหว่างที่ยังมิได้ตราพระราชกฤษฎีกา กฎกระทรวง ข้อบังคับ ระเบียบ และประกาศ เพื่อปฏิบัติการตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้นำพระราชกฤษฎีกา กฎกระทรวง ข้อบังคับ ระเบียบ หรือประกาศกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ระเบียบสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา และข้อบังคับหรือระเบียบของสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา ที่ใช้อยู่ในวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับมาใช้บังคับ โดยอนุโลม
