การจัดการอาชีวศึกษาและการฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพตามมาตรา ๖ มาตรา ๗ และ มาตรา ๘ให้จัดตามหลักสูตรที่คณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษากำหนด ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ
(๒) ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง
(๓) ปริญญาตรีสายเทคโนโลยีหรือสายปฏิบัติการ คณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาอาจกำหนดหลักสูตรที่จัดขึ้นเพื่อความรู้ หรือทักษะในการ ประกอบอาชีพหรือการศึกษาต่อ ซึ่งจัดขึ้นเป็นโครงการหรือสำหรับกลุ่มเป้าหมายเฉพาะได้
