ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรการคุ้มครองทรัพยากรทางทะเลและชายฝั่ง ที่กำหนดตามมาตรา ๒๒ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสองปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสองแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
