ให้สินทรัพย์ รายได้ และทรัพย์สินของสถาบันได้รับยกเว้น
(๑) ภาษีทางตรงใดๆ แต่ไม่รวมถึงภาษีซึ่งไม่ได้เรียกเก็บมากไปกว่าค่าบริการสาธารณูปโภค
(๒) อากรตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยพิกัดอัตราศุลกากรและภาษีทั้งปวงในการนำเข้าและส่งออกวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ สิ่งของ รวมทั้งยานพาหนะตามจำนวนที่สมควรซึ่งจำเป็นต้องใช้ในการปฏิบัติงาน แต่การขาย และการโอนวัสดุอุปกรณ์ สิ่งของ หรือยานพาหนะเช่นว่านั้นในประเทศไทย ต้องเป็นไปตามกฎหมายไทย
