คณะกรรมการจะแต่งตั้งคณะอนุกรรมการเพื่อพิจารณาวินิจฉัยหรือปฏิบัติการ อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งตามที่คณะกรรมการมอบหมายก็ได้ และให้นำบทบัญญัติมาตรา ๑๓ มาใช้บังคับกับ การประชุมของคณะอนุกรรมการโดยอนุโลม
