ถ้าผู้กระทำความผิดตามมาตรา ๗๒ หรือมาตรา ๗๓ เป็นเจ้าพนักงานเรือนจำ หรือเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐผู้เข้าไปปฏิบัติหน้าที่หรือผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อยู่ในเรือนจำ ต้องระวางโทษเป็นสามเท่า ของโทษที่กำหนดไว้สำหรับความผิดนั้น
