ให้สำนักงานคณะกรรมการกฤษฎีกาดำเนินการพิจารณาคัดเลือกบุคคลผู้ที่ สมควรเป็นกรรมการกฤษฎีกาตามจำนวนที่เห็นว่าเหมาะสมในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของคณะกรรมการ กฤษฎีกาไม่เกินคณะละสิบคน เพื่อเสนอรายชื่อต่อคณะกรรมการตามมาตรา ๑๓/๑พร้อมทั้งข้อมูลที่ เกี่ยวข้อง
