ให้เจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐซึ่งเป็นข้าราชการที่มีตำแหน่งไม่ต่ำกว่าระดับชำนาญการ ขึ้นไปตามบัญชีแนบท้ายประกาศนี้เป็นผู้มีอำนาจปรับเป็นพินัยในบรรดาความผิดตามพระราชบัญญัติ ควบคุมโรคจากการประกอบอาชีพและโรคจากสิ่งแวดล้อม พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ที่มีโทษปรับสถานเดียว เฉพาะความผิดที่ได้กำหนดอัตราค่าปรับเป็นพินัยสูงสุดไว้ไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท
