2 sectionsเพื่อประโยชน์ในการจัดทำงบประมาณรายจ่ายบูรณาการ ให้มีการจัดทำแผนงาน บูรณาการซึ่งประกอบด้วย เป้าหมายร่วม วัตถุประสงค์ งบประมาณรายจ่ายที่ต้องใช้ในการดำเนินการ เล่ม ๑๓๕ ตอนที่ ๙๒ ก ระยะเวลาการดำเนินการที่ชัดเจน สามารถวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ได้ รวมทั้งภารกิจของหน่วยรับงบประมาณ ที่เป็นเจ้าภาพหลักและหน่วยรับงบประมาณที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้เกิดความรวดเร็ว ประหยัด และลดความซ้ำซ้อน ทั้งนี้ ตามหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการที่ผู้อำนวยการกำหนดโดยความเห็นชอบของคณะรัฐมนตรี
เมื่อคณะรัฐมนตรีอนุมัติแผนงานบูรณาการแล้ว การจัดทำงบประมาณรายจ่าย ตามแผนงานบูรณาการ ให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการที่ผู้อำนวยการกำหนด
