ให้แบ่งงานทางวิชาการของราชบัณฑิตยสภาออกเป็นสำนัก ดังนี้
(๑) สำนักธรรมศาสตร์และการเมือง
(๒) สำนักวิทยาศาสตร์
(๓) สำนักศิลปกรรม การจัดตั้งสำนักขึ้นใหม่ การยุบ การรวม การเปลี่ยนชื่อ หรือการแยกสำนัก ให้ตราเป็น พระราชกฤษฎีกา
