กฎกระทรวงการขอรับใบอนุญาตและการออกใบอนุญาตสั่งเข้ามา นำเข้ามา และมีซึ่งยานพาหนะซึ่งเป็นยุทธภัณฑ์ที่ใช้พลังงานนิวเคลียร์ หรือสิ่งอื่นใดในลักษณะเดียวกัน พ.ศ. 2567 · 2567
As promulgated — later amendments not consolidatedห้ามมิให้ออกใบอนุญาตตามกฎกระทรวงนี้แก่ยานพาหนะซึ่งต้องห้ามตามพันธกรณี ที่ประเทศไทยมีตามความตกลงระหว่างประเทศ ซึ่งรวมถึงความตกลงระหว่างประเทศ ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) สนธิสัญญาไม่แพร่ขยายอาวุธนิวเคลียร์ (Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons)
(๒) สนธิสัญญาเขตปลอดอาวุธนิวเคลียร์ในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ (Treaty on the Southeast Asia Nuclear Weapon-Free Zone)
(๓) สนธิสัญญาห้ามอาวุธนิวเคลียร์ (Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons)
(๔) ความตกลงระหว่างรัฐบาลแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทยกับทบวงการพลังงานปรมาณูระหว่างประเทศ เพื่อพิทักษ์ความปลอดภัยทางนิวเคลียร์ที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับสนธิสัญญาไม่แพร่ขยายอาวุธนิวเคลียร์ (Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand and the International Atomic Energy Agency for the Application of Safeguards in Connection with the Treaty on the Non-proliferation of Nuclear Weapons) เล่ม ๑๔๑ ตอนที่ ๔๔ ก
