Preamble

เล่ม ๑๔๑ ตอนที่ ๔๔ ก กฎกระทรวง กำหนดค่าธรรมเนียมเกี่ยวกับยุทธภัณฑ์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๗ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติควบคุมยุทธภัณฑ์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๐ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติควบคุมยุทธภัณฑ์ (ฉบับที่ ๓) พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๕ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงกลาโหมออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้

  1. Section ๑กฎกระทรวงนี้ให้ใช้บังคับเมื่อพ้นกำหนดหกสิบวันนับแต่วันประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา เป็นต้นไป
  2. Section ๒ให้ยกเลิกกฎกระทรวง (พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๔) ออกตามความในพระราชบัญญัติควบคุมยุทธภัณฑ์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๐
  3. Section ๓ให้กำหนดค่าธรรมเนียมการสั่งเข้ามา การนำเข้ามา การผลิต และการมีซึ่งยุทธภัณฑ์ ดังต่อไปนี้ (๑)…
