ให้ข้าราชการซึ่งดำรงตำแหน่งดังต่อไปนี้ เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐผู้มีอำนาจ ปรับเป็นพินัยตามพระราชบัญญัติคลังสินค้าไซโลและห้องเย็นพ.ศ.๒๕๕๘ภายในท้องที่ทั่วราชอาณาจักร
(๑) อธิบดีกรมการค้าภายใน
(๒) รองอธิบดีกรมการค้าภายใน
(๓) ผู้อำนวยการกอง ในสังกัดกรมการค้าภายใน กระทรวงพาณิชย์
(๔) นักวิชาการพาณิชย์ ซึ่งดำรงตำแหน่งระดับชำนาญการขึ้นไป ในสังกัด กรมการค้าภายใน กระทรวงพาณิชย์
