ให้เจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐดังต่อไปนี้เป็นผู้มีอำนาจปรับเป็นพินัยตามพระราชบัญญัติ เชื้อโรคและพิษจากสัตว์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘
(๑) รองอธิบดีกรมวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์
(๒) ผู้อำนวยการสำนักมาตรฐานห้องปฏิบัติการ
(๓) นักเทคนิคการแพทย์หรือนักวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ระดับชำนาญการขึ้นไป
(๔) นิติกรกรมวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ระดับชำนาญการขึ้นไป
