Section ๑๑๐

ผู้ที่ถูกสั่งให้เป็นผู้ทิ้งงานตามมาตรา ๑๐๙ อาจร้องขอให้ได้รับการเพิกถอน การเป็นผู้ทิ้งงานได้ โดยอย่างน้อยต้องเป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ ดังต่อไปนี้

(๑) เป็นผู้ที่มีฐานะการเงินมั่นคง

(๒) มีการชำระภาษีโดยถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย และ

(๓) ได้พ้นกำหนดระยะเวลาการแจ้งเวียนรายชื่อให้เป็นผู้ทิ้งงานตามระเบียบที่รัฐมนตรีกำหนด หลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการในการขอเพิกถอนการเป็นผู้ทิ้งงานและการพิจารณาเพิกถอนการเป็นผู้ทิ้งงาน ให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบที่รัฐมนตรีกำหนด
