ให้กรมบัญชีกลางมีหน้าที่ในการดูแลและพัฒนาระบบการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง ผ่านระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และการประกาศเผยแพร่ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างในระบบเครือข่ายสารสนเทศ ของกรมบัญชีกลาง เพื่อให้สาธารณชนสามารถเข้าตรวจดูได้
