ในการดำเนินงานจ้างที่ปรึกษาแต่ละครั้ง ให้ผู้มีอำนาจแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการ ดำเนินงานจ้างที่ปรึกษา เพื่อรับผิดชอบในการดำเนินงานจ้างที่ปรึกษานั้น องค์ประกอบ องค์ประชุม และหน้าที่ของคณะกรรมการดำเนินงานจ้างที่ปรึกษา ให้เป็นไป ตามระเบียบที่รัฐมนตรีกำหนด ค่าตอบแทนคณะกรรมการดำเนินงานจ้างที่ปรึกษาตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้เป็นไปตามที่กระทรวงการคลัง กำหนด
