ประกาศนี้เรียกว่า “ประกาศกระทรวงสาธารณสุข เรื่อง กำหนดเจ้าหน้าที่ ของรัฐผู้มีอำนาจปรับเป็นพินัยตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยเครื่องมือแพทย์และกฎหมายว่าด้วยเครื่องสำอาง พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๖”
