ให้พนักงานซึ่งดำรงตำแหน่งดังต่อไปนี้ เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐผู้มีอำนาจ ปรับเป็นพินัย สำหรับความผิดตามมาตรา ๕๘แห่งพระราชบัญญัติการทางพิเศษแห่งประเทศไทย พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๐
