ให้มีคณะกรรมการจรรยาบรรณ ประกอบด้วยประธานกรรมการจรรยาบรรณ และกรรมการจรรยาบรรณจำนวนไม่น้อยกว่าห้าคน ให้คณะกรรมการแต่งตั้งประธานกรรมการจรรยาบรรณและกรรมการจรรยาบรรณตามมติของ ที่ประชุมใหญ่สภาวิชาชีพวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีจากสมาชิกสามัญ และต้องมีคุณสมบัติและ ไม่มีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามที่กำหนดในข้อบังคับ
