Section ๖๕
สถาบันการเงินประชาชนที่ถูกสั่งเลิกตามมาตรา ๖๓ มีสิทธิอุทธรณ์ต่อ คณะกรรมการ โดยทำเป็นหนังสือยื่นต่อนายทะเบียนภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับคำสั่ง และ ให้นายทะเบียนส่งคำอุทธรณ์ต่อไปยังคณะกรรมการโดยไม่ชักช้า เลม่ ๑๓๖ ตอนที่ ๕๖ ก หนา้ ๖๔ คำวินิจฉัยของคณะกรรมการให้เป็นที่สุด
