ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรา ๒๕ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหกเดือน หรือ ปรับไม่เกินห้าหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ และปรับอีกไม่เกินวันละห้าพันบาทตลอดเวลาที่ยังฝ่าฝืนอยู่
