ในวาระเริ่มแรก ให้คณะกรรมการพัฒนาระบบสถาบันการเงินประชาชนประกอบด้วย ประธานกรรมการและกรรมการโดยตำแหน่งตามมาตรา ๕ ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ไปพลางก่อน จนกว่าจะมีการแต่งตั้งกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ทั้งนี้ ต้องไม่เกินหนึ่งร้อยยี่สิบวัน นับแต่วันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ เลม่ ๑๓๖ ตอนที่ ๕๖ ก หนา้ ๖๗
