เทวดาทูลถามว่า อะไรหนอยังคนให้เกิด อะไรหนอของเขาย่อมวิ่งพล่าน อะไรหนอเวียนว่ายไปยังสงสาร สัตว์ย่อมไม่หลุดพ้นจาก อะไร ฯ
เทวดาทูลถามว่า อะไรเล่าทำคนให้เกิด อะไรเล่าของคนนั้นย่อมพล่านไป อะไรเล่าเวียนว่ายในสงสาร สัตว์ย่อมไม่หลุดพ้นจากอะไร พระผู้มีพระภาคตรัสตอบว่า ตัณหาทำคนให้เกิด จิตของคนนั้นย่อมพล่านไป สัตว์เวียนว่ายในสงสาร สัตว์ย่อมไม่หลุดพ้นจากทุกข์ทุติยชนสูตรที่ ๖ จบ
