จตฺตารีมานิ ภิกฺขเว อคติคมนานิ กตมานิ จตฺตาริ ฉนฺทาคตึ คจฺฉติ โทสาคตึ คจฺฉติ โมหาคตึ คจฺฉติ ภยาคตึ คจฺฉติ อิมานิ โข ภิกฺขเว จตฺตาริ อคติคมนานีติ ฯ ฉนฺทา โทสา ภยา โมหา โย ธมฺมํ อติวตฺตติ นิหียติ ตสฺส ยโส กาฬปกฺเขว จนฺทิมาติ ฯ
ดูกรภิกษุทั้งหลาย การถึงอคติ ๔ ประการนี้ อคติ ๔ ประการ เป็นไฉน บุคคลย่อมถึงฉันทาคติ ย่อมถึงโทสาคติ ย่อมถึงโมหาคติ ย่อมถึงภยาคติ ดูกรภิกษุทั้งหลาย การถึงอคติ ๔ ประการนี้แล ฯ ผู้ใดประพฤติล่วงธรรม เพราะความรัก ความชัง ความหลง ความกลัว ยศของผู้นั้นย่อมเสื่อม ดุจพระจันทร์ข้างแรม ฉะนั้น ฯ จบสูตรที่ ๗
