|๑๘๓.๔๖| ๖ สทฺธายาหํ ปพฺพชิโต อคารสฺมา อนคาริยํ สติ ปญฺญา จ เม วุฑฺฒา จิตฺตญฺจ สุสมาหิตํ ฯ กามํ กรสฺสุ รูปานิ เนว มํ พฺยาธยิสฺสสีติ ฯ สมิทฺธิ เถโร ฯ
เราออกบวชเป็นบรรพชิตด้วยศรัทธา มีสติและปัญญาอันเจริญ มี จิตตั้งมั่นดีแล้ว ดูกรมาร ถึงท่านจักบันดาลรูปต่างๆ ที่น่ากลัว ให้เกิดขึ้น แต่ก็ไม่สามารถทำให้เราสะดุ้งกลัวได้เลย.
เราออกจากเรือนบวชเป็นบรรพชิตด้วยศรัทธา มีสติปัญญาเจริญ มีจิตมั่นคงดีแล้ว เจ้ามารร้ายเอ๋ย เจ้าจงบันดาลรูปแปลกประหลาดต่างๆ ตามใจ ชอบเถิด แต่จะไม่อาจทำให้เราสะทกสะท้านได้เลย
