เหมือนข้อ ๓๐๙.
ผู้ต้องการจะทำกิจที่ควรทำก่อนในภายหลัง ย่อมพลาดจากฐานะที่นำความสุขมาให้ และย่อมเดือดร้อนในภายหลัง
บุคคลพึงพูดถึงสิ่งที่ตนทำได้ ไม่พึงพูดถึงสิ่งที่ตนทำไม่ได้ บัณฑิตย่อมรู้จักบุคคลผู้ไม่ทำ ดีแต่พูด
นิพพานที่พระสัมมาสัมพุทธเจ้าทรงแสดงแล้ว เป็นสุขดีหนอ ไม่มีความโศก ปราศจากกิเลสดุจธุลี เกษม เป็นที่ดับทุกข์ได้
