นาลํ กพลํ ปทาตเว น ปิณฺฑํ น กุเส น ฆํสิตุํ มญฺญามิ อภิณฺหทสฺสนา นาโค สิเนหมกาสิ กุกฺกุเรติ ฯ อภิณฺหชาตกํ สตฺตมํ ฯ ---------
พระยาช้างไม่สามารถจะรับเอาคำข้าว ไม่สามารถจะรับเอาก้อนข้าว ไม่ สามารถจะรับเอาหญ้าทั้งหลาย ไม่สามารถจะขัดสีกาย ข้าพระบาทมา สำคัญว่า พระยาช้างตัวเชือกประเสริฐ ได้ทำความรักใคร่ในสุนัข เพราะได้เห็นกันเนืองๆ. จบ อภิณหชาดกที่ ๗.
พญาช้างต้นไม่สามารถจะรับคำข้าว ไม่สามารถจะรับก้อนข้าว ไม่สามารถจะรับหญ้า และไม่สามารถจะขัดสีร่างกายได้ ข้าพระพุทธเจ้าสำคัญว่าพญาช้างตัวประเสริฐ มีความเยื่อใยในลูกสุนัข เพราะได้เห็นกันเนืองๆ พระเจ้าข้า อภิณหชาดกที่ ๗ จบ
