Consolidated edition — not the text as first promulgated[๓๐๖] การยึดตั๋วเงินหรือตราสารเปลี่ยนมืออื่นใดของลูกหนี้ตามคำพิพากษา ให้นำ บทบัญญัติมาตรา ๓๐๕วรรคหนึ่ง
(๒) และวรรคสองมาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม และให้มีผลเป็นการอายัดสิทธิเรียกร้อง ตามตั๋วเงินหรือตราสารนั้นด้วย ในกรณีที่เห็นสมควรเจ้าพนักงานบังคับคดีอาจร้องขอให้ศาลมีคำสั่งอนุญาตให้จำหน่ายตามราคาที่ ปรากฏในตั๋วเงินหรือตราสารหรือราคาต่ำกว่านั้นตามที่ศาลเห็นสมควร ถ้าศาลสั่งยกคำร้อง ให้นำตั๋วเงินหรือตราสาร นั้นออกขายทอดตลาด
