Consolidated edition — not the text as first promulgated[๓๐๗] การยึดหุ้นของลูกหนี้ตามคำพิพากษาซึ่งเป็นหุ้นส่วนจำพวกจำกัดความรับผิดใน ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด หรือผู้ถือหุ้นในบริษัทจำกัด ให้เจ้าพนักงานบังคับคดีกระทำโดย
(๑) แจ้งการยึดให้ลูกหนี้ตามคำพิพากษาและห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัดหรือบริษัทจำกัดที่ลูกหนี้ตามคำ พิพากษาเป็นหุ้นส่วนหรือผู้ถือหุ้นอยู่ทราบ ถ้าไม่สามารถกระทำได้ ให้ดำเนินการตามวิธีการที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา ๓๐๕วรรคสอง
(๒) แจ้งให้นายทะเบียนหุ้นส่วนบริษัทนั้นบันทึกการยึดไว้ในทะเบียน
