ผู้ใดหมิ่นประมาท ดูหมิ่น หรือแสดงความอาฆาตมาดร้ายผู้แทนรัฐ ต่างประเทศซึ่งได้รับแต่ ตั้งให้มาสู่พระราชสำต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หกเดือนถึงห้าปี หรือ ปรับตั้งแต่หนึ่งพันบาทถึงหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
