ผู้ใดกระทำการใด ๆ ต่อธงหรือเครื่องหมายอื่นใด อันมีความ หมายถึงรัฐต่างประเทศซึ่งมีสัมพันธไมตรี เพื่อเหยียดหยามรัฐนั้น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสองปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสี่พันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ ลักษณะ ๑/๑ ความผิดเกี่ยวกับการก่อการร้าย๔๓ ๒๑ตุลาคม๒๕๑๙ ๒๑ตุลาคม๒๕๑๙ ๒๑ตุลาคม๒๕๑๙
