ถ้าการกระทำความผิดดังกล่าวมาในมาตรา ๑๘๔มาตรา ๑๘๙หรือ มาตรา ๑๙๒เป็นการกระทำเพื่อช่วยบิดา มารดาบุตร สามีหรือภริยาของผู้กระทำ ศาลจะไม่ลงโทษ ก็ได้
