ผู้ใดใช้กำลังประทุษร้าย ขู่เข็ญว่าจะใช้กำลังประทุษร้าย ให้ประโยชน์ หรือรับว่าจะให้ประโยชน์ เพื่อกีดกันหรือขัดขวางการขายทอดตลาดของเจ้าพนักงานเนื่องจากคำ พิพากษาหรือคำสั่งของศาล ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหกเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่ พันบาทหรือทั้ง จำทั้งปรับ
