ผู้ใดปลอมเอกสารดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) เอกสารสิทธิอันเป็เอกสารราชการ
(๒) พินัยกรรม
(๓) ใบหุ้น ใบหุ้นกู้ หรือใบสำคัญของใบหุ้นหรือใบหุ้นกู้
(๔) ตั๋วเงิน หรือ
(๕) บัตรเงินฝาก ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หนึ่งปีถึงสิบปี และปรับตั้งแต่สองหมื่นบาทถึงสองแสนบาท
