ผู้ใดแจ้งให้เจ้าพนักงานผู้กระทำการตามหน้าที่จดข้อความอันเป็นเท็จ ลงในเอกสารมหาชนหรือเอกสารราชการซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์สำหรับใช้เป็นพยานหลักฐาน โดยประการ ที่น่าจะเกิดความเสียหายแก่ผู้อื่นหรือประชาชนต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหก พันบาทหรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
