ผู้ใดนำเข้าในหรือส่งออกไปนอกราชอาณาจักรซึ่งหนังสือ เดินทางปลอมตามมาตรา ๒๖๙/๘ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หนึ่งปีถึงสิบปี และปรับตั้งแต่สองหมื่น บาทถึงสองแสนบาท ถ้าการกระทำความผิดตามวรรคหนึ่งได้กระทำไปเพื่อจำหน่ายต้องระวางโทษจำคุก ตั้งแต่สามปีถึงยี่สิบปี และปรับตั้งแต่หกหมื่นบาทถึงสี่แสนบาท
