ผู้ใดทำปลอมขึ้นซึ่งดวงตรา รอยตราหรือแผ่นปะตรวจลงตรา อันใช้ในการตรวจลงตราสำหรับการเดินทางระหว่างประเทศ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หนึ่งปีถึงสิบปี และปรับตั้งแต่สองหมื่นบาทถึงสองแสนบาท
