Consolidated edition — not the text as first promulgated๒๖๙/๒
ผู้ใดทำเครื่องมือหรือวัตถุ หรับปลอมหรือแปลงหรือสำหรับให้ ได้ข้อมูลในการปลอมหรือแปลงสิ่งใด ๆซึ่งระบุไว้ในมาตรา ๒๖๙/๑หรือมีเครื่องมือหรือวัตถุเช่นว่า นั้น เพื่อใช้หรือให้ได้ข้อมูลในการปลอมหรือแปลง ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หนึ่งปีถึงห้าปี และ ปรับตั้งแต่สองหมื่นบาทถึงหนึ่งแสนบาท
