ผู้ใดนำเข้าในหรือส่งออกไปนอกราชอาณาจักรซึ่งสิ่งใด ๆตาม มาตรา ๒๖๙/๑หรือมาตรา ๒๖๙/๒ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่สามปีถึงสิบปี และปรับตั้งแต่หกหมื่น บาทถึงสองแสนบาท
