ผู้ใดเมื่อเจ้ พนักงานถามชื่อหรือที่อยู่ เพื่อปฏิบัติการตามกฎหมายไม่ ยอมบอกหรือแกล้งบอกชื่อหรือที่อยู่อันเป็นเท็จ ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งพันบาท [อัตราโทษ แก้ไขเพิ่มเติ โดยมาตรา ๖แห่งพระราชบัญญัติแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมประมวล กฎหมายอาญา(ฉบับที่ ๒๒)พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘]
