ผู้ใดกระทำด้วยประการใด ๆให้ประกาศ ภาพโฆษณาหรือเอกสารใด ที่เจ้าพนักงานผู้กระทำการตามหน้าที่ปิดหรือแสดงไว้ หรือสั่ งให้ปิด หรือแสดงไว้ หลุดฉีกหรือไร้ ประโยชน์ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท [อัตราโทษ แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยมาตรา ๖แห่งพระราชบัญญัติแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมประมวล กฎหมายอาญา(ฉบับที่ ๒๒)พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘]
