เมื่อศาลพิพากษาให้ลงโทษผู้ใด และศาลเห็นสมควรเพื่อความปลอดภัย ของประชาชนไม่ว่าจะมีคำขอหรือไม่ ศาลอาจสั่งในคำพิพากษาว่าเมื่อผู้นั้นพ้นโทษตามคำพิพากษา แล้ว ห้ามมิให้ผู้นั้นเข้ ในเขตกำหนดเป็นเวลาไม่เกินห้าปี
