ลักษณะ ๔ ความผิดเกี่ยวกับศาสนา
3 sectionsผู้ใดกระทำด้วยประการใด ๆแก่วัตถุหรือสถานอันเป็นที่เคารพ ในทางศาสนาของหมู่ชนใด อันเป็นการเหยียดหยามศาสนานั้น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หนึ่งปีถึง เจ็ดปี หรือปรับตั้งแต่สองพันบาทถึงหนึ่งหมื่นสี่พันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
ผู้ใดก่อให้เกิดการวุ่นวายขึ้นในที่ประชุมศาสนิกชนเวลาประชุมกัน นมัสการหรือกระทำพิธีกรรมตามศาสนาใด ๆโดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่ง ปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสองพันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
ผู้ใดแต่งกายหรือใช้เครื่องหมายที่แสดงว่าเป็นภิกษุ สามเณรนักพรต หรือนักบวชในศาสนาใดโดยมิชอบเพื่ อให้บุคคลอื่นเชื่อว่าตนเป็บุคคลเช่นว่า้น ต้องระวางโทษ จำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสองพันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
